After taking over the reigns from my grand father, my Dad took our hotel to the next level. He has been in this industry for about 50 years now and still counting.

My dad is one of the finest cooks and some of the best dishes I have had were prepared by him. We have a lot of customers come over to eat food that is especially prepared by him. His experience is immence and he is the spine of our hotel. It was under his charge that the family dining section came into existence at our hotel. He is an ocean of knowledge as far as food & hotel industry is concerned.

In his free time, he likes to socialize with people, learn about medicines and spread the joy of eating...

Well after my dad, it was anybody's guess that I would have to take charge of the hotel and so was I prepping up myself as I had to fill in big shoes.
Soon after completing my college in Panjim-Goa, I moved to Bangalore to learn more about the hospitality industry and got admitted into the K.L.E College's Hotel Management program. Fortunately, I gained a lot of experience from the faculty and the outstation workshops we frequently undertook.
After working at ITC Hotels for a couple of years, I knew it was time for me to take a big leap forward and I plunged into our family business. It's been about 3 years now for me at our hotel and each day is a new learning. To continue onto the legacy of my forefathers and to continuously innovate to get the best out of the kitchen is my sincere effort.

In my free time, I like to travel, sing, taste various cuisines and offcourse experiment with food...
